State of Law pole is interested in the process of the democratization of the political system by supporting the rule of law based on the institutions of the 2014 constitution. This pole intervenes as a force for proposals, support and advocacy based on the principles of participatory democracy, justice, equality, freedom and decentralization. His work consists of researches on comparative experiences and analysis of the legal and institutional reform bills submitted to the members of the parliament while allowing their capacity building.
